Profile

about me

I am a performance artist, lecturer and researcher working across several universities and disciplines with a feminist focus. In 2021 I completed my practice-based PhD at Chelsea College of Art (Subjectivity and Feminism(s) research group) where I investigated strategies of resistance  in post-Fordism from a feminist performance perspective. In my talks and presentations I explore how to create spaces  of ambivalence as a basis for democratic thinking. Previous to my PhD, I did MA Fine Art at Chelsea College of Art and studied Painting (Academic Diploma), Economics (BSc.) and Political Sciences in Vienna. From 2016 to 2018, alongside my PhD, I organised a monthly feminist performance discussion group called “Space for Failure” which was open to students/postgraduates and early career artists to discuss work in progress in a peer forum.
